Refund policy
Returns on Defective Items
A customer may only return a product if the product is defective and the defect is caused by the manufacturer (damaged packaging, incomplete items, wrong size, wrong product, expired product, etc.).
We have a no return policy for opened items. Items must be checked during pick-up before signing off the acknowledgement receipt. Items returned that are confirmed to be defective by our team will either be exchanged or refunded.
To return an item and request for a refund, kindly send us an email within 7 days of the date of purchase at goodmartph@gmail.com with the below details:
- Email Subject: Return: Order#123;
- Date of purchase
- Attached clear photo of the order confirmation slip
- Customer's full name, address, and contact number
- Details of the concern (ex: Wrong item was delivered)
After we confirm receipt of your email, item/s subject for refund must be returned by the customer to us in N. Domingo Street, San Juan City, Metro Manila Philippines.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once our team has confirmed a defective returned item, we will send you an email for the refund details, and the amount will be credited to your preferred bank account.

We have a no-return policy on promotional items.
